Artist's Description

Mist was still rising after storms had rolled through the night before. This image was taking from a boat as we toured around Flowerpot Island North of the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario, CA. The mist was breaking up just enough to allow the sun to occasionally shine through, but was still thick enough to give that mystical feel.

About Amanda Jones

Amanda Jones

Hello and thanks for stopping by! I have been utilizing cameras as a tool with which to capture the beauty of God's creation since the 1990's. My main goal as a photographer is to glorify my Savior by capturing and sharing His creativity in the natural world. Working with both film and digital, I utilize the best of both worlds, including the dynamic and unmatched colors available with some of my favorite films and the unlimited resources of digital. I strongly believe that photography isn't about cameras and equipment. It's a way of seeing the world, and it's always a matter of Light & Perspective! I hope you enjoy the pictures, and feel free to e-mail or message me with any questions! -Amanda
