The lower falls of the Rio Blanco on the southern side of El Yunque National Rainforest area in Puerto Rico. You can climb all around on the rocks, and there are areas where it's safe to swim. There's even a large fall that you can find Puertoo Ricans sliding or jumping down, but I didn't have the courage to give it a go!!
